Free Shikigami Lineup Adjustments
We will change the lineup of the limited-time free shikigami on 1/21, 2019. The new free shikigami will be Chin, Ryomen, Enenra, Yamausagi, Shishio, Aoandon, Ichimokuren, Menreiki and Yamakaze.
Of these shikigami, Ichimokuren, Menreiki and Yamakaze have a difficulty of Extreme. Onmyoji who have been in Heian-kyo for less than 7 days can't use them in battle.
New Season Starts
Season 4 will start after the maintenance on 1/18. Please check the detailed info below:
1. Players' initial tier in Season 4 will be based on their final tier in Season 3 according to the season rules.
2. Players whose highest tier in Season 4 reached Gold or above will get the avatar frame for the corresponding tier. But the Onmyoji frame will only be granted to players who are still in Onmyoji tier at the end of Season 4.
3. After Season 4 starts, players who had won at least 10 Ranked Matches and reached Platinum tier during Season 3 will be granted a Season 3 exclusive skin for Jikikaeru, Art of War: Gen. Froggy. Players who joined at least 60 5v5 battles and had an average punishment (punished matches/total matches) of less than 0.025/match during Season 3 will be granted a Season 3 exclusive skin for Mouba, Art of War: Gourmet.
4. After Season 4 Starts, the match data of Season 3 will be added to the Season Momento.
5. After Season 4 Starts, all players' shikigami Power will be reset a certain amount based on their Power in Season 1 and Season 3.
Battle Pass
Season 4 drops. New Battle Pass available!
Battle Pass will be available for Season 4. Join battles or complete quests to get EXP and upgrade the Battle Pass. Every time the Battle Pass is upgraded, corresponding rewards will be granted!
When the amount jade a player spends meets the requirement, all content of Battle Pass will immediately be unlocked and all the bounty rewards of the current level including new broadcast theme, permanent return special effect and S4 skin can be claimed.
Players who wish to quickly claim the bounty rewards can use jade to buy Battle Pass EXP.
New Shikigami Preview
"Wanna see who I really am?"
As an unfathomable big spirit, Tamamonomae's abilities can attack target by surprise. Ability 1: Soul Burst will split into 4 directions after hitting a target to attack the nearby enemies. Ability 2: Fox Fire has a delayed control effect that when coupled with Ability 1: Soul Burst or the Ultimate Ability: Falling Might can deal great damage to controlled enemies. Ability 3: Demon Wrath can be used to protect yourself. Ultimate Ability: Falling Might can accurately hit targets in a wide range. There is no range warning for this ability, therefore, enemies will never know which area will be struck by this ability.
Natural Passive: Sessho-seki
Passive effect: Tamamonomae will transform into Sessho-seki for a certain period after being slain and deal magic damage and inflict a Slow effect to surrounding enemies.
Ability 1: Soul Burst
Tamamonomae casts Soul Burst towards the specified direction to deal magic damage to enemies on the way. After hitting the first enemy shikigami or reaching its max distance, it will split up all to the surrounding area and deal magic damage to enemies on the way again.
Ability 2: Fox Fire
Tamamonomae releases Fox Fire in the specified direction to deal magic damage to the first hit target and inflict a Slow effect that gradually strengthens. All damage dealt to that target will be increased. After a certain period of time, the Slow effect will be changed to Fear.
Ability 3: Demon Wrath
Tamamonomae bursts demon force to the surrounding area which knocks back enemies within range and deals magic damage.
Ultimate Ability: Falling Might
Tamamonomae will select a wide range around herself as the designated area and summon Falling Might after a time period to deal magic damage to all enemy shikigami within the range. After selecting the area, all enemy shikigami around Tamamonomae will receive a warning.
Tamamonomae will first be available during this week’s Shikigami Brawl. Feel the pressure from this overwhelming nine-tailed spirit!
Onmyodo Adjustment
Feather Sigil
Feather Sigil can convert the exceeded Cooldown Reduction to Attack. However, the conversion cost is quite high currently. Therefore, most onmyoji prefer sets with a high cooldown. We wish to provide players with more choices when selecting sets and have slightly decreased the conversion rate.
Exceeded Cooldown Reduction converts to Attack: adjusted from 1.8 to 1.5.
Exceeded Cooldown Reduction converts to Ability Power: adjusted from 3.0 to 2.4.
Shikigami Adjustments
1. Shiro Mujou
Among all Mage shikigami, Shiro Mujou is relatively difficult to use. We have increased the base damage of Shiro Mujou's Ability 2: Immolation and lowered the MP cost in order to strengthen Shiro Mujou when laning.
Ability 2: Immolation
Adjusted MP cost from 50/65/80/95/110 to 50/60/70/80/90.
Adjusted base damage from 17/34/51/74/83 to 20/40/60/80/100.
2. Kyonshi Imoto
Kyonshi Imoto requires a relatively long time to deal damage and she can't resist against controlling effects. We have slightly decreased the required time for her to deal damage. After the adjustment, she won't be interrupted by controlling effects when dashing.
Ability 2: Sic 'em!
Adjusted Tomato's speed from 1100/1600 to 1350/1900.
Ability 3: Here I Am!
Adjusted jumping time from 0.45 seconds to 0.35 seconds.
This ability is resistant to Control when jumping.
3. Yamakaze
Yamakaze can deal enough damage in team battle via multiple dashes. We have slightly decreased his recovering power to relatively increase his risk when entering team battles.
Natural Passive: Haze
Adjusted HP Regen from 20/35/50/65% to 20/32.5/45/57.5%.
Item Adjustments
1. Heal Down effect of some items are too high currently, which has affected laning when using Heal Down items with shikigami with healing powers. Therefore, we have adjusted the Heal Down ratio of all items and will adjust the healing amount of shikigami in future adjustment.
Amanozako's Bow
Adjusted healing effect from 50% to 35%.
Hoko Do
Adjusted healing effect from 50% to 35%.
2. Mage shikigami only grow strong in the late game, which makes them relatively weak in battle. Therefore, we have slightly decreased the prices of some items in order to strengthen Mage shikigami in the mid game.
Izanami's Scepter
Adjusted price from 2150 coins to 1950 coins.
Marsh Moon
Adjusted price from 2150 coins to 1950 coins.
Adjusted healing effect from 50% to 35%.
3. Raja Warhammer possesses great power to resist again controlling effects, damage reduction and high base stats, which makes it a good choice for all shikigami that deal physical damage. We have removed the Active Damage Reduction effect and slightly decreased its price in order to make the conception of Control Immunity more clear.
Raja Warhammer
Adjusted price from 2100 coins to 2000 coins.
Removed the damage reduction effect obtained after using Raja Warhammer.
4. Tank shikigami are relatively strong in battles since they can gain DEF and deal high damage via good items. We have slightly decreased the stats of some defense items in order to balance the power of Tank shikigami and other shikigami.
Ninth Heaven Wing
Adjusted magic damage reduction from 4% to 3%.
Soul Grabber
Adjusted Armor bonus of Enhanced Basic Attack from 90% to 70%.
5. Compared with the Attack and Cooldown Reduction provided by Blank Lance, the damage dealt to monsters from Imperial Lance and Fire King Lance are quite low. We wish to balance the damage dealt by different jungle items to monsters in order to make multiple shikigami appear in the jungle.
Imperial Lance
Adjusted damage dealt to monsters from 3x to 4x.
Fire King Lance
Adjusted damage dealt to monsters from 2.66x to 3.5x.
6. Many shikigami rely much on the attack system of items. We have added a new item in order to provide more choices for shikigami.
New item, Nether Crossbow
Price: 1,900 Coins
Stats: 40 Attack + 40% ASPD
Special effect, Nether Arrow: Basic attack will deal 20 additional (+1.5*level) magic damage. After every 2 abilities or basic attack, the next basic attack will trigger an attack special effect.

Optimizations and Adjustments
Adjusted the punishment system for canceling while matching: Players of Challenger or higher tier can only cancel once without any punishment. If you cancel more than once on the same day, besides deducting the corresponding Merit and adding a matching delay, 5 win points will also be deducted. No win points will be deducted if you run out of win points.
