Balance Adjustments
1. Takiyasha Hime
As a Jungle shikigami, Takiyasha Hime is a bit too powerful. She can gain stacks from large monsters, which allow her to become quite overwhelming in the jungle. We hope to adjust this mechanism without compromising Takiyasha Hime's speed at clearing jungle monsters. As a shikigami that depends on accumulating stacks, Takiyasha Hime gains stacks too quickly. We adjusted the damage of her Ability 2 in hopes of slightly limiting her speed at gaining stacks and to provide opponents with a chance to counteract.
Passive [Moon Slash]:
Takiyasha Hime no longer gains New Moon Blessing when her abilities or basic attacks hit large monsters, but deals 120% damage to monsters instead.
Ability 2 [Mountain Fog]:
Damage dealt to enemies along the path has been removed. 
2. Shiranui
Shiranui is a shikigami that needs to get up close against enemies. In the late game, this method is quite dangerous for Shiranui, so we hoped that, by adjusting Ability 2's HP recovery mechanism, Shiranui will have a stable, predictable HP recovery benefit upon hitting the enemy shikigami. Also, Ability 2's blazefly damage mechanism is unclear, so we incorporated the damage from this part into Ability 2's [Ashen Night]. We hope that these adjustments will help Shiranui gracefully blaze through the Heian-kyo battlefields.
Ability 2 [Ashen Night]:
The HP conversion of 0.3/0.3/0.1 of damage dealt to shikigami/monsters/soldiers has been adjusted. Now, each hit against a shikigami and monster will recover 29/41/53/65/77 (20% Ability Power) HP, but each hit against soldiers will be reduced to 30% of the original value.
Each single HP recovery will not surpass 87/123/159/195/231 (+60% Ability Power). Excessive HP healing amounts will be converted to a Shield;
Removed the effect of each blazefly within range will increase Magic Damage. Damage increased from 120/170/220/270/320 (+60% Ability Power) to 144/204/264/324/384 (+72% Ability Power).
3. Enmusubi
Enmusubi is too powerful in the current version. There is a noticeable difference in benefits between retriggering the mark effect from Ability 1 [Flower Moon] and casting the ability just once. Ability 3 [Soul Mate] should be a protective ability, but as of now, the benefits from triggering Ability 1 [Flower Moon] are too strong, so we wanted to limit them.
Ability 1 [Flower Moon]:
The damage has been adjusted from 30/45/60/75/90 + (20% Ability Power + 3% Target Max HP) to 39/59/79/99/119 + (26% Ability Power + 3.9% Target Max HP).
Damage from retriggering the mark has been adjusted from 90/135/180/225/270 (+60% Ability Power) (+9% Target Max HP) to 72/108/144/180/216 (+48% Ability Power) (+7.2% Target Max HP).
Ability 3 [Soul Mate]:
Triggering [Flower Moon] now only deals 50% of damage to shikigami, and the triggered Shield value is also reduced to 50%.
Skill 2 [Perfect Pair]: 
Can now choose minions and monsters upon using the skill again.
5. Yato no Kami
The difference in states when Yato no Kami has and doesn't have the Ultimate Ability is too great. We hoped to better balance the difference for Yato no Kami to still have a fighting chance without the Ultimate Ability [Finale].
Passive [Akago]:
Yato no Kami receives 11 (+2.5*Current Level) Armor and 11 (+2*Current Level) Magic Resist.
Ultimate Ability [Finale]:
Removed Armor and Magic Resist from the Ultimate Ability.
6. Puppeteer
In the current version, Puppeteer is a bit too weak. When casting Ability 2 [Puppet Rush], the puppet cannot follow Puppeteer's actions in real-time, making the experience frustrating, so we decided to adjust this. Now, when casting Ability 2, the puppet will immediately return to Puppeteer's side and move in unison with Puppeteer. Also, Puppeteer is lacking in strength in the late game. Ability 3 [Occult Thread] and Ability 2 [Occult Flurry] have a relatively low rate of hitting the enemy. We adjusted these issues in hopes of enhancing Puppeteer's close range combat capabilities.
Ability 2 [Puppet Rush]:
After charging, the puppet will immediately return to Puppeteer's side.
Ability 2 [Occult Flurry]:
Melee damage adjusted from 30/55/80/105/130/155 (+35% Bonus Attack) to 30/55/80/105/130/155 (+45% Bonus Attack).
Ability 3 [Occult Thread]:
Upon hitting the enemy, inflicts 60% Slow on the target for 1 second.
8. Hakuzosu
Currently, Hakuzosu's late game combat power is rather weak, and with [Laceration]'s stacking mechanism, Hakuzosu needs quite some time to deal decent damage. We increased the human form's damage for Ability 1 [Mt. Dream: Red Flames] and adjusted the white fox form's damage for Ability 2 [White Fox: Desperate Struggle], in hopes that these adjustments will help Hakuzosu deal greater damage in the late game.
Ability 1 [Mt. Dream - Red Flames (Human Form)]:
Damage increased from 120/180/240/300/360 (+85% Ability Power) to 120/180/240/300/360 (+90% Ability Power).
Ability 2 [White Fox - Desperate Struggle (Fox Form)]:
Damage increased from 60/95/130/165/200 (+50% Ability Power) to 80/130/180/230/280 (+70% Ability Power).
Damage multiplier for each [Laceration] stack reduced from 33% to 15%.
9. Asura
In the current version, Asura is lacking in head-on lane battles and needs a relatively long time in order to cast abilities, making his performance during teamfights rather unsatisfactory. We increased the Armor and Magic Resist for Asura under Bone Sword Mode, as well as the damage and HP recovery for Ability 1 [Lotus Extermination], and improved the cast range of the Ultimate Ability [Purgatory Massacre] to let this Son of Darkness better display his prowess on the battlefield. Also, we improved the special effects display for the Ultimate Ability [Purgatory Massacre].
Ability 1 [Lotus Extermination (Bone Sword Form)]:
Damage from the first 4 slashes increased from 5/15/25/35/45 (+70% Attack) (+2/3/4/5/6*Current Level) to 5/20/35/50/65 (+75% Attack) (+2/3/4/5/6*Current Level).
Healing effect from the first 4 slashes increased from 5/10/15/20/25 (+30% Bonus Attack) (+0.5%/0.85%/1.2%/1.55%/1.9% HP lost) to 5/10/15/20/25 (+0.4 Bonus Attack) (+0.5%/0.925%/1.35%/1.775%/2.2% HP lost).
Damage from the final slash adjusted from 10/30/50/70/90 (+140% Attack) (+4/6/8/10/12*Current Level) up to 10/40/70/100/130 (+150% Attack) (+4/6/8/10/12*Current Level).
Healing effect from the final slash adjusted from 10/20/30/40/50 (+60% Bonus Attack) (+1%/1.7%/2.4%/3.1%/3.8% HP lost) up to 10/20/30/40/50 (+80% Bonus Attack) (+1%/1.85%/2.7%/3.55%/4.4% HP lost).
Ability 3 [Uninterrupted Massacre]:
Under Bone Sword Mode, bonus Armor increased from 10% (+1%*Current Level) to 12% (+1.2%*Current Level).
Under Bone Sword Mode, bonus Magic Resist increased from 6% (+0.6%*Current Level) up to 8% (+0.8%*Current Level)。
Ultimate Ability [Purgatory Massacre]:
The casting time has been reduced from 0.9 seconds to 0.8 seconds.
Now, when casting the ability, the effective range will be displayed.
10. Tanuki
Currently, Tanuki is too overpowering. The growth rate for Ability 2 [Fiery Moonshine] is too high, making Tanuki too much of a threat exceeding that of a defense-type shikigami to the enemy backrow during the late game. We adjusted the damage composition of Tanuki's Ability 2 [Fiery Moonshine], significantly reducing its damage during the late game while maintaining the damage output during the early-game and mid-game.
Ability 2 [Fiery Moonshine]:
Increased cooldown from 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 second(s) to 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 second(s).
Adjusted damage from 70/120/170/220/270 (+40% of Ability Power) (+25*current level) to 90/160/230/300/370 (+40% of Ability Power) (+12.5*current level).
Adjusted damage when under the effect of Century Brew from 5/15/25/35/45 (+10% of Ability Power) (+10*current level) to 10/30/50/70/90 (+10% of Ability Power) (+5*current level).
11. Kaguya
After the last adjustment, Kaguya has become far stronger than we had expected. The stability of her Ability 2 [Moonlight Echo] is too high. Therefore, we reverted part of the ability's ballistic speed and reduced the Armor and Magic Resist shatter. We hope to tune down Kaguya's attack capabilities while preserving her protective capabilities.
Ability 2 [Moonlight Echo]:
Reduced projectile speed from 1,250 to 1,100.
Reduced the Physical and Magic Resist shatter from 9%/10.5%/12%/13.5%/15% to 9%/9.75%/10.5%/11.25%/12%.

Optimizations and Adjustments
1. Added the Slay prompt for Ibaraki Doji's Ultimate Ability.
2. Improved the cast experience for Enenra's Ultimate Ability [Irritable Spirit] and the moving camera rules. After these adjustments, it will be easier to monitor the charge status of the Ultimate Ability [Irritable Spirit].
3. Improved the head model display for Ootengu's skin [Finale of Divine Birth] in the Shikigami archives by making the hair look more fluffy.
[Free Shikigami Lineup Adjustments]
We will change the lineup of the limited-time free shikigami at 5:00 AM on 6/19. The new free shikigami will be Futakuchi, Shouzu, Tanuki, Inugami, Enenra, Hiyoribou, Shiro Mujou, and Kisei.
Onmyoji who own the God of Fortune Month Pact will have the additional free shikigami, Ryomen and Yuki.
Of these shikigami, Kisei has a difficulty of Hard. Onmyoji who have been in Heian-kyo for less than 7 days can't use him in battle for free.
