1. Daruma Exchange Survey
Event Period: The voting period is from 8/25/2023 after maintenance to 9/18/2023. The top 3 voted skins will be added to Daruma Blessing for exchange after 9/22/2023.

The Daruma Exchange Survey is here! Vote for your favorite limited-time skins with Survey Tickets! The 3 skins with the most votes will make a return to Daruma Blessing for exchange!
Rules:
1) You can get 1 Survey Ticket by logging in every day and 1 Survey Ticket for every match completed.
2) The number of completions for Loop Quests is unlimited, and they can be repeatedly completed during the event period.
3) All limited-time skins that have returned at least once in the 6 months before the start of the event (except for the top 3 skins from the last edition, skins that have returned twice in the Daruma Exchange Survey, and crossover skins) can be included in this round of Daruma Exchange Survey.
4) Skins that are eligible before the event starts but are planned for return in the future (at least once and up to twice) will not be included in this round of Daruma Exchange Survey.

[Optimizations and Adjustments]
1. Updated the voice lines of some past Shikigami skins. Players can listen in the Shikigami voice interface.
2. Improved the ability indicator for Suzuka Gozen's Ability 2: Valiant Cry.

[Mechanics Adjustments]
1. Karasu Tengu
As a Samurai shikigami, Karasu Tengu's DPS is heavily reliant on his ultimate. Moreover, his ability 2 and 3 have certain limitations. We hope to increase his close-range DPS when his ultimate ability is not available by adjusting the ability mechanisms, so that he can better play the role of a warrior in battle with sets suitable for warriors. Furthermore, we have made adjustments to enhance the user experience of casting his ability 2 and 3.
Trait: Purification Wings
For each enemy Shikigami or monster hit by Karasu Tengu's ability 2 and 3, summons a crow that automatically attacks nearby enemies. There can be a maximum of 3 crows on the battlefield at the same time. Crows summoned by trait exist for several seconds, and their duration will reset when Karasu Tengu's basic attacks or abilities hit an enemy shikigami or monster.
Ability 2: Nightmare Crow
Shikigami that are not running away will also be slightly slowed once hit.
Ability 3: Blade of Justice
Karasu Tengu's leap slightly knocks back enemies on contact.
[Balance Adjustments]
1. Higanbana
It has been noticed that Higanbana is a little bit underpowered lately. She only has decent damage output in the late game. So we enhanced her Ability Power growth so that she will become powerful in earlier stage. We also reduced her survivability stats for the sake of balance.
Ability 1: Deadly Blooms
Damage increased from 70/115/160/205/250 (+50% AP) to 70/115/160/205/250 (+60% AP).
Shield reduced from 50/75/100/125/150 (+12*current level) (+30% AP) to 35/45/55/65/75 (+6*current level) (+24% AP).
Smart casting first selects targets with Flower Seal.
Ability 2: Bloom Shadow
Damage increased from 60/90/120/150/180 (+30% AP) to 60/90/120/150/180 (+40% AP).
Bonus Movement Speed reduced from 50%/52.5%/55%/57.5%/60% to 30%/32.5%/35%/37.5%/40%.
Ultimate Ability: Underworld Flowers
Damage increased from 150/250/350 (+60% AP) to 200/300/400 (+100% AP).
2. Kaoru
Kaoru is currently a bit overpowered while laning. So we slightly reduced the damage and CD of her ability 1 in the early game as well as the bonus Movement Speed provided by her passive, so that her pursuing power and overall strength will be reasonable.
Ability 1: Pebble Pelt
Cooldown increased from 6.5/6/5.5/5/4.5 seconds to 8.5/7.5/6.5/5.5/4.5 seconds.
Base damage reduced from 40/75/110/145/180 (+60% Attack) to 30/60/90/120/150 (+50% Attack).
Passive: Owly's Vigilance
Movement Speed bonus provided by passive reduced from 30% to 20%.
3. Miketsu
Currently, the damage factor proportional to target's HP loss has a strong influence on Miketsu's passive damage output, which greatly limits her DPS against enemies with high HP. So we increased the weight of base damage, in the hope that Miketsu can deal considerable damage regardless of the enemy's HP condition.
Passive: Grain Spike
Passive damage adjusted from (+12*current level) (+17.5%*target's HP loss) to (+28*current level) (+10%*target's HP loss).
4. Sesshomaru
Sesshomaru's abilities currently have long cooldowns, resulting in long downtime for him in battle. Moreover, Sesshomaru's ultimate ability Dragon Strike has long charging time, which limited the ability's usage and undermined its performance in initiating battle from afar. So we reduced the cooldown for Sesshomaru's ability 2: Light Whip to enhance his combat and pursuit performance. Additionally, we shortened the charging time for his ultimate ability Dragon Strike, after which, however, we noticed that the ability's high speed and lack of warning indicator would lead to unfair gameplay. To address this, we added a warning indicator for this ability and slightly reduced the rushing speed so that either side has a fair shot.
Ability 2: Light Whip
Cooldown reduced from 8 seconds to 7 seconds.
Ultimate Ability: Dragon Strike
Charging time required to reach max distance reduced from 1.6 seconds to 1.3 seconds.
Initial rushing speed reduced from 2,500 to 2,350.
When casting the ability, there will be a warning circle to show the range.
5. Onikiri
Onikiri's abilities have long cooldowns and slow growth, resulting in long downtime for him in battle even in the late game. So we reduced the cooldown of his Ability 2: Light Vanquisher in the mid and late game. And to address the fact that Onikiri's DPS is relatively low in the mid and late game, we increased the damage from Shishi no Ko of his natural passive Blade Vibration, and the 2nd stage damage from Ability 3: Blade Flash, so that Onikiri will have higher DPS in the mid and late game.
Natural Passive: Blade Vibration
After casting Light Vanquisher I, bonus basic attack damage from pulling out Shishi no Ko increased from (+25% Attack) to (+40% Attack).
Ability 2: Light Vanquisher
Cooldown reduced from 9 seconds at all levels to 9/8.5/8/7.5/7 seconds.
Ability 3: Blade Flash
Damage of slash increased from 110/185/260/335/410 (+80% Bonus Attack) to 110/185/260/335/410 (+120% Bonus Attack).
6. Suzuka Gozen
As a DPS Marksman shikigami, Suzuka Gozen is currently underpowered in the mid game. So we adjusted damage growth of her natural passive Sharp Weapon to enhance her combat power in the early and mid game.
Natural Passive: Sharp Weapon
Damage increased from (+125% (+1%*current level) Attack) (+2.5*current level) to (+125% (+1%*current level) Attack) (+5*current level).
7. Kyonshi Ani
After the previous adjustments, Kyonshi Ani currently has slow growth in the mid game. So we enhanced the growth damage from the amulets of his Ability 1: Kyonshi Amulets and the chain of Ability 3: Coffin Circle. Moreover, Kyonshi Ani's Ability 1 is currently the main means of his damage output while laning, but it is hard to keep enemies within range to score a hit with the ability. So we adjusted the control effect of Ability 3 to improve the hit rate of Ability 1. Now the slow effect of the coffin circle is slightly reduced, and the chain now slows enemies when passing through them. By enhancing Kyonshi Ani's control power, we hope that his Ability 1 has a more reasonable hit rate.
Ability 3: Coffin Circle
Damage increased from 20/25/30/35/40 (+12% AP) to 20/27.5/35/42.5/50 (+15% AP).
Slow effect of the coffin circle reduced from 20% to 15%.
The chain now slows enemies by 10%/12.5%/15%/17.5%/20% when passing through them.
8. Hiyoribou
It has been noticed that Hiyoribou has some gameplay problems. Firstly, the slow effect of Ability 1 does not work well unless it is cast at maximum charge. So we improved the ability's slow effect and duration, and increased its initial flight distance, in the hope that Hiyoribou's gameplay is more flexible. Secondly, we have noticed that during her Ability 3, other abilities are unavailable, which has not been specified in ability descriptions. So we added availability rules for other abilities while Ability 3 is active and adjusted the actual performance. Now the ultimate can be cast during Ability 3, while Ability 1 & 2 will be unavailable with icon prompt.
Ability 1: Warm Day
Slow duration increased from 1 second to 1.5 seconds.
Slow effect increased from 35%/37.5%/40%/42.5%/45% to 35%/40%/45%/50%/55%.
Initial flight distance increased from 700 to 850.
Ability 3: Scorching Sunlight
While Ability 3 is active, only the ultimate is available.
9. Kinnara
Kinnara is currently a bit underpowered as a Marksman. So we enhanced the damage bonus provided by her passive so that she will have higher DPS in the late game.
Passive: Tune
Additional damage from Do - Crimson Skies against enemy Shikigami increased from (+60% Attack) to (+75% Attack).
Damage from Re - Yellow Rose against enemies along the path increased from (+60% Attack) to (+75% Attack).
Damage from Mi - Glorious Shrine against enemies along the path increased from (+120% Attack) to (+135% Attack).
Damage from So - Zephyr against enemies along the path increased from (+120% Attack) to (+135% Attack).
Damage from La - Clarity against enemies along the path increased from (+120% Attack) to (+135% Attack).

[Spell Adjustments]
1. Heal
Due to its healing power and damage reduction effect, this spell is extremely useful in any stage of the game. Therefore, we slightly enhanced its healing power and removed its damage reduction effect so that this spell is more suitable for laning.
HP restoration increased from 125 (+25*current level) to 200 (+25*current level).
Removed damage reduction effect.

[Optimizations and Adjustments]
1. Adjusted the display mechanisms of the characteristic bars for Yuki Onna's Trait: Snow Maiden, Hone Onna's Ability 1: Triple Slash, and Hana's Ability 3: Flower Realm. The characteristic bars of these abilities now can only be seen by the player.
2. Added characteristic bars for the passive effects of Ichimokuren's ultimate: Fujin's Blessings and Yuki's Ability 1: Icebreak, and Chacha's assist form of Nekomata's Ability 1: Kitty Assist.
3. Kikyo's characteristic bar now displays her Ability 1: Soul Collector instead of her trait Sealing Arrow.
4. Adjusted the mute function in combat. While muted players' messages will still be blocked, their Sorcery: Change modifications will be displayed.
5. Optimized the display of Shikigami interface. You can choose to automatically play close-ups upon opening this interface. Some smartphone models will enable this function by default. You can go to [Settings] - [Basic] - [Auto-play Shikigami Close-Up] to enable or disable it. Shiranui's legendary skin [Drifting Thoughts] has a unique close-up, so this feature is currently not available for this skin.

[Free Shikigami Lineup Adjustments]
We will change the lineup of the limited-time free shikigami at 5:00 AM on 8/28. The new free shikigami will be Miketsu, Hako Shoujo, Jinmenju, Kamimai, Shiro Mujou, Kusa, Zashiki, and Yoto Hime.
Onmyoji who own the God of Fortune Month Pact will have the additional free shikigami, Senhime and Futakuchi.
Of these shikigami, Yoto Hime has a difficulty of Hard. Onmyoji who have been in Heian-kyo for less than 7 days can't use her in battle for free.
