[Balance Adjustments]
1. Higanbana
Despite the previous adjustment, Higanbana still falls short in terms of damage dealing. We have increased her damage caused by igniting [Flower Seal], aiming to give her a decent damage output.
Ability 3 [Blood-soaked Flowers]:
Increased damage from 70/115/160/205/250 (+60% Ability Power) to 70/115/160/205/250 (+80% Ability Power).
2. Kuro Mujou
Kuro Mujou has currently become way too agile, making him overpowered in team fights, so we intend to put some limitations on him.
Ability 1 [Punishment]:
The Slow for Kuro Mujoufor from casting the ability is increased from 30% to 40% .
3. Yato no Kami
Yato no Kami is sort of underpowered in the mid game, and the width of his final slash is a bit narrow, which leads to situations where Yato no Kami misses a hit even though the enemy is still within the fan-shaped attack range. We aim to optimize this experience by slightly increasing the width of the final slash and the level-up gains of Ability 3.
Ability 1 [Nighttime Invitation]:
Upon full stacks of [Crimson Moon], the width of the final slash is increased from 250 to 350;
Ability 3 [Joint Dance]:
Increased Attack Speed from 80%/90%/100%/110%/120% to 80%/95%/110%/125%/140%.
4. Kosodenote
Kosodenote is difficult to use. While we want to maintain her core tactic of targeting weakness, we try to simplify her playstyle properly. Due to the insufficient power of the ultimate ability [Flawless Sting] as a finisher, we have adjusted certain values from base stats to new ones depending on the target's HP lost. Our goal is to grant the ultimate ability [Flawless Sting] more power to finish off targets.
Ability 1 [Hidden Sting]:
Now casting requires selecting an enemy.
Ultimate Ability [Flawless Sting]:
Adjusted damage from 60/120/180 (+30% Bonus Attack) to 30/90/150 (+30% Bonus Attack) (+3% HP lost);
Adjusted landing damage from 120/240/360 (+50% Bonus Attack) to 90/215/340 (+50% Bonus Attack) (+6% HP lost).
5. Hoshiguma Doji
After achieving a certain advantage of coins in the early to mid game, Hoshiguma Doji becomes difficult to counter. He is capable of dealing significant damage while taking on lower risks. However, when faced with the disadvantage of coins, he will find it hard to play his role. We have redistributed a portion of his ability power bonuses to the base growth stats depending on levels. This change not only aims to weaken his capability to deal damage in an advantaged situation but also allows him to pose some threats even if he is disadvantaged.
Natural Passive [Tipsy Tongue]:
Adjusted damage from 60 (+10*level) (+70% Ability Power) to 60 (+12*level) (+50% Ability Power);
Ability 1 [Heed My Words]:
Adjusted damage from 50/70/90/110/130 (+33.33% Ability Power) to 50/70/90/110/130 (+25% Ability Power) (+2.5*level);
6. Inuyasha
Inuyasha's current performance doesn't live up to the half-breed. As a shikigami relying mainly on basic attacks to deal damage, his growth curve is overly steep, making him too weak in the early game but difficult to counter after he survives the unfavorable phase. In this adjustment, we have flattened his growth curve by increasing the base damage of his abilities to enhance his early-game strength. Meanwhile, to avoid him becoming overly dominant in the late game, we have reduced the corresponding ability bonuses. As he relies on offensive dashes to approach enemies and pose threats, we have added new mechanics to his Ability 3 Iron Reaver Soul Stealer, allowing his basic attacks to reduce cooldown, and we have also adjusted this ability's cooldown as it levels up. Lastly, the long casting time of Ability 2 [Backlash Wave] renders it ineffective in the late game when Inuyasha's attack speed reaches a certain threshold. Therefore, we have added mechanics to this ability that increases casting speed based on bonus attack speed.
Ability 1 [Wind Scar]:
Adjusted damage from 60/110/160/210/260 (+50% Bonus Attack) to 100/150/200/250/300 (+45% Bonus Attack);
Ability 2 [Backlash Wave]:
New mechanics: The casting speed now increases based on Inuyasha's Attack Speed.
Adjusted damage from 120/170/220/270/320 (+60% Bonus Attack) to 130/190/250/310/370 (+45% Bonus Attack);
Ability 3 [Iron Reaver Soul Stealer]:
Increased cooldown from 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 to 10 seconds at all levels;
New mechanics: When Inuyasha lands basic attacks on enemy shikigami, this ability cooldown reduces by 1 second. Basic attacks against non-shikigami reduce the cooldown by 0.5 second.
Ultimate Ability [Red Tessaiga]:
Increased damage from 80/110/140/170 (+40% Bonus Attack) to 110/140/170/200 (+40% Bonus Attack);
7. Hannya
Currently, Hannya's natural passive [Two-faced Devil] provides benefits in extreme situations, but it accounts for a significant part of his overall damage. Though unpredictable, the triggering of this passive remarkably influences the damage of Hannya's abilities. Therefore, we have redesigned Hannya's natural passive. The triggering mechanics for the new passive function more smoothly, allowing Hannya to gain ability damage bonus in most situations, and adhere to the previous casting tactics: maintaining ranged form to harass enemies with high HP and reduce their HP ratio before switching to melee form to land a fatal blow on those with low HP. It is still the best tactic for Hannya in battle. Also, we have redistributed a portion of damage from this natural passive to Hannya's other abilities, ensuring his consistent damage output in different situations.
Natural Passive [Two-faced Devil]:
New: When using abilities to deal damage in ranged form, Hannya inflicts 0.25% bonus damage for every 1% of the target's current HP, up to 20%. When using abilities in melee form, Hannya inflicts 0.25% bonus damage for every 1% of the target's HP lost, up to 20%.
Ability 1 [Heart of Jealousy]:
Increased damage from 20/45/70/95/120 (+20%/25%/30%/35%/40% Attack) to 25/52.5/80/107.5/135 (+24%/30%/36%/42%/48% Attack);
Ranged Form Ability 2 [Ghoul Mask]:
Adjusted damage from 35/70/105/140/175 (+60% Attack) to 20/55/90/125/160 (+80%/85%/90%/95%/100% Attack);
Melee Form Ability 2 [Ghoul Strike]:
Increased damage from 10/70/130/190/250 (+100% Attack) to 10/80/150/220/290 (+115% Attack);
Ranged Form Ability 3 [Blood Grenade]:
Increased damage from 10/70/130/190/250 (+5.5% of target's Max HP) to 10/80/150/220/290 (+6.5% of target's Max HP);
Melee Form Ability 3 [Quake Mask]:
Increased damage from 10/70/130/190/250 (+5.5% of target's Max HP) to 10/80/150/220/290 (+6.5% of target's Max HP);
Ultimate Ability [Inner Demon]:
Increased damage from 200/350/500 (+20% Bonus Attack) to 220/410/600 (+25% Bonus Attack);
8. Rukia Kuchiki
Rukia Kuchiki has a long cooldown in the early game currently, and her ability set only offers limited benefits from Ability Power. We aim to improve her early-game performance in both lane and jungle clear, so we have reduced the cooldown of her Ability 1. Furthermore, we have enhanced the Ability Power bonus in her ability set, granting her a wider range of equipment options. To clarify the expected effects of her ultimate ability, we have added an indicator for the start of Freeze when she casts her ult.
Passive [Sode no Shirayuki]:
Increased damage of the basic attack after casting an ability from 30 (+100% Attack) (+21% Ability Power) (+8*current level) to 30 (+100% Attack) (+35% Ability Power) (+8*current level).
Increased HP restoration from 20 (+15% Ability Power) (+8*current level) to 20 (+25% Ability Power) (+8*current level).
Ability 1 [Sokatsui]:
Reduced cooldown from 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 to 7/6.75/6.5/6.25/6.
Ultimate Ability [Tsugi no mai: Hakuren]:
Increased damage from 250 (+75% Ability Power) to 250 (+90% Ability Power).
Casting optimization: Added a progress bar to show when the Freeze will start.
9. Itsumade
Itsumade is somewhat underpowered in the early game currently. We have increased her early-game damage and the restoration coefficient of her passive against non-shikigami units, aiming to improve her performance in battle.
Passive [Golden Feather]:
Increased HP restoration coefficient against non-shikigami units from 50% to 60%.
Ability 1 [Hunter Repellent]:
Increased damage from 85/140/195/250/305 (+60% Bonus Attack) to 105/155/205/255/305 (+60% Bonus Attack).
Ultimate Ability [Feather Dance]:
Increased damage from 180/300/420 (+110% Bonus Attack) to 200/310/420 (+110% Bonus Attack).
10. Kiyohime
Kiyohime is currently overpowered, and we find that she remains very strong in fights even when her Ability 2 [Serpent's Shackle] misses. Therefore, we have redistributed a portion of damage from Ability 3 [Sacrificial Fire] to the accuracy of Ability 2, which may reduce her lane-clearing efficiency. Furthermore, Kiyohime's ultimate ability [Star Evolution] provides an excessive amount of control reduction, making it nearly impossible for opponents to counter her after she obtains core equipment. In this case, neither dealing damage nor casting controls can effectively restrain Kiyohime. As a result, we have reduced a portion of the control reduction from her ultimate ability, allowing control abilities to hinder Kiyohime's damage output.
Ability 2 [Serpent's Shackle]:
Once a link has been established, Bonus Damage from [Sacrificial Fire] has been increased from 20/25/30/35/40 (+3%/3.5%/4%/4.5%/5% of target's Max HP) to
30/40/50/60/70 (+3%/3.5%/4%/4.5%/5% of target's Max HP).
Ability 3 [Sacrificial Fire]:
Reduced damage from 40/75/110/145/180 (+30%/36.25%/42.5%/48.75%/55% Ability Power) to 30/65/100/135/170 (+30%/35%/40%/45%/50% Ability Power).
Ultimate Ability [Star Evolution]:
Reduced Control Reduction from 60%/65%/70% to 30%/35%/40%.


[Art Realm]
A new feature [Message Board] has been added to Art Realm. All Onmyoji can write down your ideas or check others' messages.


[Optimizations and Adjustments]
1. Optimized the visual effect of the in-battle HP bar, and adjusted display effects based on the intensity and frequency of damage. Now Master Onmyoji can have a clearer sense of the damage dealt.


[Free Shikigami Lineup Adjustments]
We will change the lineup of the limited-time free shikigami at 5:00 AM on 9/11. The new free shikigami will be Kidomaru, Ebisu, Jorogumo, Yumekui, Tamamonomae, Kubinashi, Higanbana, and Yamakaze.
Onmyoji who own the God of Fortune Month Pact will have the additional free shikigami, Ichimokuren and Ibaraki Doji.
Of these shikigami, Yamakaze has a difficulty of Extreme. Onmyoji who have been in Heian-kyo for less than 7 days can't use him in battle for free.
