Under the moon's gentle glow, a flute's enduring melody guides the way. Fragile wings outspread, facing the mountain's summit head-on. Pressing onward through thunder and lightning, through pounding rain and wind. Led by a heart aligned with higher ideals, one finally understands the magnanimity of a great spirit.
Trait [Cloud Piercing Featherling]:
When abilities hit enemy shikigami, gain [Featherlings]. Basic attacks consume [Featherlings] to deal bonus damage and recover HP for the caster and the nearby ally shikigami with the lowest HP.
Consume a certain amount of [Featherlings] to gain [Cloud Pierce] stacks. When reaching specified stacks, abilities will be upgraded in sequence. Excess [Cloud Pierce] stacks will be converted into main stats.
Ability 1 [Wind Bind]:
Young Ootengu releases a whirlwind in the designated direction, knocking up the first target hit. When the Knockup ends, it also causes a [Fall] effect, during which the enemy is immobilized and suffers a strong Slow effect.
Advanced Effect: When hitting the target, splits into small whirlwinds to attack other targets in range, dealing damage and inflicting a Slow effect.
Ability 2 [Wind Blades]:
Continuously gathers Wind Blades in the selected area. Wind Blades automatically attack enemies within range, dealing damage and inflicting a stackable Slow effect.
Advanced Effect: Wind Blade gathering speed is doubled.
Ability 3 [Windrunner Spell]:
Young Ootengu applies a [Windrunner] state to himself and the selected shikigami, during which Movement Speed increases and terrain crossing is enabled (allied shikigami only trigger the effect once when near walls). Meanwhile, Young Ootengu gains the vision of the surrounding area.
Advanced Effect: Creates an updraft at the selected target location. All friendly shikigami in the area gain the [Windrunner] status effect. Additionally, Young Ootengu's subsequent flight state duration is increased.
Ultimate Ability [Cloud Piercing Wind]:
Young Ootengu gathers a hurricane in the designated area. After a short delay, it knocks up all enemies within range. During the Knockup, enemies are untargetable. When the Knockup ends, it also causes a [Fall] effect, during which the enemy is immobilized and suffers a strong Slow effect.

[New View Mode Added]
1. A new photo mode has been added to the View feature. In photo mode, you can adjust weather effects, add stickers, apply filters, and more in new scenes, allowing for better interaction and photo-taking with your shikigami.
2. Based on the new photo mode, we've adjusted Long Standby to two options: Power Saving Mode and Photo Screensaver. With the Photo Screensaver, you can see the customized appearances you've set up in the new photo mode. If you don't like this, you can switch back to Power Saving Mode in the settings.

1. Shishio
Three Skills [Leap of the Forest]
The damage has been adjusted from 35/75/115/155/195 (+65% bonus attack) (+12 * current level) (+4% target's maximum health) to 25/60/95/130/165 (+10 * current level) (+65% bonus attack) (+4% target's maximum health).
The cooldown reduction ratio for each hit on a Shikigami has been adjusted from 12.5%/12.5%/25% to 10%/10%/10%. The cooldown reduction ratio for each hit on non-Shikigami units has been adjusted from 5%/5%/10% to 5%/5%/5%.
Ultimate Skill [Deer Shadow Gallop]
The cooldown time has been adjusted from 60/55/50 to 80/70/60 and cannot forcefully displace units that are immune to control.
2. Akaname
Skill 1 [Sweeping Moment]
The damage attack bonus has been adjusted from 102%/111%/120%/129%/138% to 102%/108%/114%/120%/126%.
Skill 2 [Wash and Brush]
The increased movement speed has been reduced from 30% to 20%.
3. Kidomaru
Skill 1 [Killing Ape Melody]
The damage dealt by each minion has been reduced from 3 (+15% attack) (+1% target's maximum health) to (+15% attack) (+1% target's maximum health).
Ultimate Skill [Soul Hunter Frenzy]
Damage has been reduced from 20/45/70 (+25% attack bonus) to 20/35/50 (+15% attack bonus).
4. Raccoon 
The overall performance of the Raccoon in the new season has been below expectations, with shortcomings in both control ability and damage output. We have increased the control duration of the first skill [Drunken Slumber on the Battlefield], and also raised the damage of the second skill [Fire of Strong Liquor], hoping for a better performance. 
First Skill [Drunken Slumber on the Battlefield]: 
The duration of stun is increased from 1/1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4 seconds to 1.3/1.4/1.5/1.6/1.7 seconds. 
Second Skill [Fire of Strong Liquor]: 
The base damage is increased from 90/140/190/240/290 (+6 * current level) to 100/165/230/295/360 (+7 * current level).
5. Yoto Hime
The burst damage of Demon Blade Princess has been a bit low after the changes in the new season. We have made a slight adjustment to increase the attack bonus of the last three strikes after activating the second skill [Devouring Demon], hoping to enhance her kill potential post-update. 
Second Skill [Devouring Demon]: 
The attack bonus for the last three strikes has been increased from (+60% Attack) to (+62.5% Attack).
6.Takiyasha Hime
Skill 1 [Moon Blade Spin]:
Inner circle damage increased from 40/70/100/130/160 (+55% Attack) to 50/82.5/115/145.5/180 (+60% Attack). Outer circle damage increased from 80/140/200/260/320 (+110% Attack) to 100/165/230/295/360 (+120% Attack).
7.Second Awakening: Futakuchi
Trait [Unable to Resist]:
Mark damage attack bonus increased from 19% (+1.5% * current level) to +20% (+1.7% * current level).
8.Second Awakening: Hakuro
Third Skill [Concentration]:
The percentage of penetration damage to non-primary targets has been adjusted from a flat 65% to 50/55/60/65/70% at levels. The penetration distance has been adjusted from a flat 250 yards to 225/250/275/300/325 yards.
The additional damage percentage to basic attacks has been adjusted from 2.5/3.25/4/4.75/5.5% to 2.5/3/3.5/4/4.5%. The attack bonus has been reduced from 13/14/15/16/17% to 11/12/13/14/15%.
[Optimizations and Adjustments]
1. Optimized the visual effects for reward previews and fishing results display in the Golden Blessing gameplay.
2. Now, equipping the Yin Yang Wheel, Eye of Orochi, and Eclipse Blade will no longer trigger Splash effects when attacking turrets.
3. Repair the issue of missing trail particles for Onikiri's Exquisite skin.

We will change the lineup of the limited-time free shikigami at 5:00 AM on 12/30. The new free shikigami will be Sakura, Yamausagi, Kani Hime, Sasori, Enenra, Shishio, Ryomen, and Ittan-momen.
Onmyoji who own the [God of Fortune Month Pact] will have the additional free shikigami, Orochi and Komatsu.
Of these shikigami, Ittan-momen has a difficulty of Extreme. Onmyoji who have been in Heian-kyo for less than 7 days can't use her in battle for free.
