[New Character]
Wukong
Where dark thoughts rise, chaos invades the mortal realm.
Destiny is inescapable, and the truth is hidden in a corner of the mind.
Illusionary nightmares cycle through the six realms.
The only way out is to pursue the essence of one's heart.
Ability 1 [Cudgel's Protection]:
Active Effect: Wukong swings his golden cudgel, damaging nearby enemies and restoring his own HP. Afterward, he smashes the cudgel down on the nearby lowest-HP target, damaging enemies within range.
Passive Effect: Wukong accumulates [Warth] when hitting enemies with basic attacks or abilities. Once his Warth is full, this ability evolves into [Cudgel Assault], damaging enemies in a selected area.
Ability 2 [Divine Traverse]:
Wukong charges in a designated direction, dealing damage to enemies in his path and gaining Warth. After that, his next few basic attacks have increased speed, with the first one inflicting a Slow effect.
Ability 3 [Cloud-Splitter]:
Wukong gains the Control-immune effect and damage reduction while gazing. Using abilities during this time grants various effects:
Ability 1: Wukong smashes his golden cudgel in a designated direction, damaging units within range and gaining Warth (The longer the gaze, the greater the attack range and damage). At full [Warth], Wukong releases all [Warth] to launch a powerful strike for area damage, while also gaining Warth.
Ability 2: Wukong charges in a designated direction with a Buddha's Image, damaging and slowing enemies in his path while gaining Warth (The longer the gaze, the greater the charge distance and Slow effect).
Ability 3: Wukong enlarges his golden cudgel and smashes it down, damaging and stunning enemies within range while gaining Warth. (The longer the gaze, the greater the smash range and Stun duration).
Ultimate Ability [Sage's Might]:
Wukong rides on his cloud to a designated area. After a brief delay, he descends from the sky, inflicting damage and a Knockup effect on enemies, while summoning monkeys to fight alongside him. The monkeys continuously attack nearby enemies, inflicting damage and a Slow effect.
Trait [Shapeshift]:
When Wukong's HP falls to a low level, he can use Shapeshift to gain a clone, becoming invisible and transforming into the nearest unit. The transformation ends upon receiving damage or using an ability again.
Rebirth: Wukong can attain enlightenment by killing enemy shikigami or large monsters. Once the enlightenment progress reaches 100%, it triggers the final quest. Succeeding in the challenge allows Wukong to attain enlightenment and a chance at rebirth. Upon being sealed again, he can trigger rebirth, restoring his HP to 90%. (During the enlightenment process, each time Wukong is sealed, the progress decreases).

[New Duo Game Mode]
The brand new fun brawl mode [Cute Pair-up] is now live!
In this mode, six onmyoji will be divided into three teams of two to fight in a brawl for their cute pets.
In the brawl, survival is the ultimate goal. Getting sealed isn't the end: Each team has three resurrections per round, with extra resurrections gained after defeating the first opponent in each round.
As the game progresses, onmyoji will receive powerful pet blessings, and various combinations of shikigami often yield unexpected results.

[Balance Adjustments]
1. Komatsu
Komatsu is somewhat weak at the moment. In particular, her Ability 1 has a significant power difference between enhanced and non-enhanced states. Meanwhile, due to her cooldown restrictions, she can't flexibly choose to enter her enhanced state. Thus, we've adjusted her Ability 1, which now has two states: [Full Effort] and [Relaxed]. Under [Relaxed], hitting enemies with basic attacks and abilities restores her AP. Under [Full Effort], Komatsu can consume AP to perform an enhanced basic attack, allowing her to maintain high damage output in team fights for as long as her AP allows.
Ability 1 [Pine Cone Clap]:
Adjustment: Tap to switch Komatsu between [Full Effort] and [Relaxed] states.
[Relaxed]: Hitting enemies with abilities restores AP.
[Full Effort]: Consume AP for powerful attacks.
2. Kanko
With the new item for marksman-type Shikigami, Kanko has become quite strong. We've slightly reduced his area damage to offer a more balanced combat experience.
Ultimate Ability [Bamboo Blast]:
Damage per barrage of projectiles reduced from 40/125/210 (+40% Attack) to 40/115/190 (+35% Attack).
3. Kaoru
With the new item for marksman-type Shikigami, Kaoru's suppressive power has become excessive. Her Ultimate Ability could deal massive damage and quickly seal enemy Shikigami, so we reduced its damage.
Ultimate Ability [Come On, Owly!]:
Damage per feather reduced from 65/132.5/200 (+60% Attack) to 60/120/180 (+55% Attack) .
4. Momiji
Currently, Momiji's power is limited in the early to mid-game but becomes difficult to counter in the late game due to her high damage and unavoidable ultimate. Thus, we've rebalanced Momiji to make sure she can roam and support faster in the early game while not being overly oppressive later.
Ability 2 [Maple Note]:
Cooldown adjusted from 11/10.5/10/9.5/9s to a fixed 10s.
Damage ratio against non-shikigami units iadjusted from 165%/172.5%/180%/187.5%/195% to 185%.
Ultimate Ability [Maple Dance]:
Damage adjusted from 100/175/250 (+30% Ability Power) to 110/175/240 (+27.5% Ability Power).
5. Shiranui
Shiranui currently has low survivability, so we've increased the healing from her Ability 2 [Ashen Night] to improve her performance in battle.
Ability 2 [Ashen Night]:
Healing on hit increased from 29/41/53/65/77 (+20% Ability Power) to 40/52.5/65/77.5/90 (+35% Ability Power).
Healing limit increased from 87/123/159/195/231 (+60% Ability Power) to 120/157.5/195/232.5/270 (+70% Ability Power).
6. Momo
Following the last update, we observed an increase in the importance of Momo's basic abilities in gameplay, which aligns with our expectations. However, Momo is a bit too strong at the moment, especially with the long immobilization duration of her Ability 3 [Blossom Illusion] in the late game. We understand that significant changes to this ability would fundamentally alter its control mechanics. Thus, we've only slightly reduced the immobilization duration of [Blossom Illusion] in the late game and reduced the healing effect of her Ability 1 [Flower Fragrance] to moderate her overall power.
Ability 1 [Flower Fragrance]:
Base healing of [Healing Blossom] reduced from 45/67.5/90/112.5/135 (+25% Ability Power) to 45/62.5/80/97.5/115 (+25% Ability Power).
Ability 3 [Blossom Illusion]:
Immobilization duration reduced from 1.2/1.35/1.5/1.65/1.8s to 1.2/1.275/1.35/1.425/1.5s.
7. Aobozu
Currently, both forms of Aobozu have their shortcomings. In [Buddha's Heart Form], his durability and control are lacking, while in [Demonbane Form], his late-game performance is severely hampered by [Corruption]. Often, even after his abilities have cooled down, he needs extended periods to accumulate [Corruption] through his Ability 1 [Meditation] to sustain his ability combo. In this update, we'll enhance the damage reduction during [Meditation] and the Stun and Slow duration of his Ultimate Ability [Everything is Empty], thus bolstering Aobozu's survival and control capabilities in [Buddha's Heart Form]. In addition, we'll increase the [Corruption] recovery speed during [Meditation] to accelerate Aobozu's ability combo speed in [Demonbane Form] in the mid to late game.
Buddha's Heart Form:
Ability 1 [Meditation]:
Damage reduction during chanting increased from 10%/12.5%/15%/17.5%/20% to 10%/15%/20%/25%/30%.
Ultimate Ability [Everything Is Empty]:
Stun and Slow duration increased from 1.2/1.35/1.5s to 1.4/1.6/1.8s.
Demonbane Form:
Ability 1 [Meditation]:
Time to fully recover Corruption reduced from 1.75s to 1.5s.
8. Mushishi
Mushishi, known for her prolonged untargetable state, offers a unique experience in combat. This adjustment aims to significantly enhance the gameplay experience for the allied Shikigami she possesses while ensuring Mushishi isn't too powerful for her opponents to counter. Firstly, we hope to increase her healing and shielding capabilities to improve the experience for the marksman-type Shikigami she possesses during the bottom-laning phase. Secondly, for those combating Mushishi, the Haste effect of her basic abilities is powerful and has a short cooldown, which allows her to quickly flee the battlefield with the possessed Shikigami, leading to a less satisfying combat experience. Therefore, we've reduced the Haste effect of her Ability 3 [Butterfly Shelter]. In terms of damage, her Ability 2 [Returning Butterfly] dealt excessive damage during the laning phase and could inflict damage multiple times in a short period to the same target, leading to a poor experience for the damage's recipient. Hence, we've increased the damage interval of [Returning Butterfly] for the same target and reduced its damage in the early game. To compensate on the damage front, we've enhanced the Ability Power bonus in the late game.
Ability 2 [Returning Butterfly]:
HP restored per stack of [Insect Trace] increased from 8/14/20/26/32 (+12.5% Ability Power) to 8/16/24/32/40 (+15% Ability Power).
Damage adjusted from 80/140/200/260/320 (+60% Ability Power) to 60/125/190/255/320 (+75% Ability Power).
The damage interval for the same target increased from 0.2s to 0.5s.
Ability 3 [Butterfly Shelter]:
Shield provided increased from 100/155/210/265/320 (+70% Ability Power) to 120/180/240/300/360 (+75% Ability Power).
Haste effect reduced from 30%/32.5%/35%/37.5%/40% to 15%/17.5%/20%/22.5%/25%.

[Adjustments and Improvements]
1. Improved the performance of Shuten Doji at full Madness.

[Free Shikigami Lineup Adjustments]
We will change the lineup of the limited-time free Shikigami at 5:00 AM on 01/01. The new free Shikigami will be Miketsu, Tenjo Kudari, Vampira, Furi, Orochi, Kingyo, Hououga, and Yoto Hime.
Onmyoji who own the [God of Fortune Month Pact] will have the additional free Shikigami, Ebisu and Kainin.
Of these Shikigami, Yoto Hime has a difficulty of Hard. Onmyoji who have been in Heian-kyo for less than 7 days can't use her in battle for free.
