[Balance Adjustments]
1. Mahamayuri
As a Marksman shikigami, Mahamayuri is currently a bit too strong during the laning phase. To reduce her dominance, we've slightly lowered the base damage of her Ability 1 [Feather Wind] and Ability 3 [Feather Flow], in the early and mid-game to create a more balanced combat experience.
Ability 1 [Feather Wind]:
Adjusted base damage from 100/165/230/295/360 to 85/145/205/265/325.
Ability 3 [Feather Flow]:
Adjusted [Feather Slash] damage from 20/32/44/56/68 to 20/30/40/50/60.
Enhanced [Feather Slash] damage adjusted from 60/95/130/165/200 to 55/80/105/130/155.
2. Hana
Hana is a powerful Support shikigami, excelling in lane pushing and protection, which makes her especially strong in her role. We've slightly reduced the two-stage damage of her Ability 1 [Loyal Flock], and the shield provided by her Ability 2 [Painting Realm], aiming to keep her strength balanced.
Ability 1 [Loyal Flock]:
1st stage damage reduced from 50/75/100/125/150 (+30% Ability Power) to 45/65/85/105/125 (+27.5% Ability Power).
2nd stage damage reduced from 100/150/200/250/300 (+60% Ability Power) to 90/130/170/210/250 (+55% Ability Power).
Ability 2 [Painting Realm]:
Shield amount reduced from 75 (+20*Current Level) (+55% Ability Power) to 65 (+16*Current Level) (+50% Ability Power).
3. Suzuka Gozen
As a Marksman shikigami, Suzuka Gozen can gain a strong mid-game advantage with her powerful enhanced basic attacks. However, her suppression has become a bit too overwhelming. To address this, we've slightly reduced the scaling benefit of her Natural Passive [Sharp Weapon] with level progression, aiming to slightly lower her burst damage.
Natural Passive [Sharp Weapon]:
Reduced the damage of enhanced basic attacks from (+125% (+1.2%*Current Level) Attack) (+8*Current Level) to (+125% (+1%*Current Level) Attack) (+6*Current Level).
4. Itsumade
As a Ninja Shikigami, Itsumade is relatively weak in the early and mid-game. To improve her jungle combat effectiveness during this phase, we've slightly increased the base damage of both stages of her Ability 2 [Invisible Edge].
Ability 2 [Invisible Edge]:
1st stage base damage increased from 70/110/150/190/230 to 70/115/160/205/250.
2nd stage base damage increased from 70/140/210/280/350 to 70/150/230/310/390.
5. Mushishi
After the rework, Mushishi's performance has fallen short of expectations. Her protection and damage capabilities currently lag behind other Support shikigami. To address this, we've boosted the Armor and Magic Resist she grants to teammates, increased the healing per stack of [Insect Trace] in her Ability 2 [Returning Butterfly], and strengthened the damage of her enhanced basic attacks and Ability 1 [Insects Awaken]. Also, to encourage more basic attacks during the laning phase for an HP advantage, we've reduced the enhanced basic attack cooldown of her Natural Passive [Dream of Metamorphosis]. We hope these adjustments help her perform better.
Natural Passive [Dream of Metamorphosis]:
Increased the bonus damage of enhanced basic attacks from 15 (+20% Ability Power) (+3*Current Level) to 20 (+25% Ability Power) (+4*Current Level).
Cooldown reduced from 16s to 12s.
Armor and Magic Resist gained by the possessed shikigami increased from 15 (+3*Current Level) to 20 (+4*Current Level).
Ability 1 [Insects Awaken]:
Adjusted surrounding damage from 65/105/145/185/225/265 (+40% Ability Power) to 80/120/160/200/240/280 (+45% Ability Power).
Adjusted enhanced landing damage from 60/100/140/180/220/260 (+40% Ability Power) to 80/120/160/200/240/280 (+45% Ability Power).
Ability 2 [Returning Butterfly]:
Increased HP recovered for each stack of Insect Trace from 8/13/18/23/28 (+12% Ability Power) to 10/17.5/25/32.5/40 (+16% Ability Power).
6. Karasu Tengu
Karasu Tengu's late-game performance has been somewhat lacking due to his cumbersome nature as a Samurai shikigami. To strengthen his impact, we've increased the mid-to-late game damage of his ultimate ability [Deadly Flock].
Ultimate Ability [Deadly Flock]:
Adjusted damage from 18/36/54 (+22.5% Bonus Attack) (+1.35% Bonus Max HP) to 18/40/62 (+25% Bonus Attack) (+1.35% Bonus Max HP).
7. Magic Break
Magic Break's benefits have been somewhat low for a Main Onmyodo that requires active participation in sealing shikigami to trigger. To enhance its impact, we've significantly increased the Movement Speed bonus and slightly boosted the Attack Speed it provides. This should help Marksman shikigami perform better in team fight pursuits and securing kills.
Movement Speed boost increased from 100% to 160%, Attack Speed boost increased from 60% to 70%.
8. Born Ready
With its limited activation scenarios, Born Ready, which relies on turret recovery, has provided relatively low benefits in the mid to late game. To improve its effectiveness, we've increased its recovery rate in the mid to late game and enhanced its utility in specific defensive situations. When applied to the high ground turret, Born Ready will now double the recovery amount, transforming it into a true healing turret.
Adjusted total HP and MP recovery from 8% to 7% (+0.3%*Current Level).
New: High ground turrets will provide double the recovery amount.
9. Gale Style
Gale Style tends to enter cooldown too easily during pre-battle skirmishes in team fights, limiting its effectiveness and versatility. To address this, we've adjusted the cooldown conditions to improve its usability in these scenarios.
Effect Adjustment:
Now, instead of only the next basic attack dealing bonus damage, the next basic attack or ability will deal bonus damage and provide healing.
Gale Style only enters cooldown after triggering bonus damage.
10. Shadow Strike
Shadow Strike's effect after leaving the bush area felt somewhat weak, so we've extended the duration of both the Invisibility and Haste effects. This should better enable Ninja shikigami to approach enemy shikigami.
Invisibility duration increased from 1.5s to 2.5s, and the Haste effect increased from 20% to a diminishing 40%.
17. Mage Item Adjustments
Following the Onmyodo adjustments, we found that Mage shikigami, who thrive in sustained combat, now struggle to obtain sufficient Cooldown Reduction in the early and mid-game due to the loss of Cooldown Reduction from Onmyodo. Cooldown Reduction is a crucial attribute for these shikigami, so we aim to readjust the Cooldown Reduction provided by certain magic items.
Shichimen Tennyo will provide a 20% Cooldown Reduction to meet the needs of Mage shikigami for increased ability frequency in sustained combat.
Mandala Sutra will now focus on boosting burst damage in the early stages of combat. Its Cooldown Reduction has been reduced, while its special effect damage has been increased.
Lastly, we've adjusted the Fusion Recipe and attributes of Frosty Moonlight to better suit Mage shikigami who prioritize higher ability frequency over the survivability offered by Shichimen Tennyo.
Shichimen Tennyo:
Adjusted HP from 400 to 300
Adjusted Ability Power from 100 to 90
Removed: +10% Cooldown Reduction
New - Moment: +20% Cooldown Reduction
Mandala Sutra
Cooldown Reduction reduced from 20% to 10%.
Mandala: Damage increased from 80 (+15% + (1% * Level) Ability Power) to 105 (+15% + (1.2% * Level) Ability Power).
Frosty Moonlight
Fusion Recipe adjusted from Kitsune Sword + Soul Infusion to Kojiki Scroll + Soul Infusion.
Increased Ability Power from 100 to 110
Removed: +300 HP
Removed: +10% Cooldown Reduction
New - Moment: +20% Cooldown Reduction
[Optimizations and Adjustments]
1. Fixed the issue where the warning circle of Kujira's [Nightfall Specter] skin and [Oceanic Whale Spout] skin's [Whale Bone: Open] ability disappeared too early.
2. Fixed the issue where Karasu Tengu's trait aura and ultimate aura overlap in display.
3. Fixed the issue where the ability description of Senhime's Natural Passive [Tidal Echo] did not specify the Movement Speed bonus.
