[Balance Adjustments]
1. Shiranui
Currently, Shiranui struggles in the mid-game, making it difficult for her to dictate the team's tempo. To address this, we've increased the growth damage of her Ability 1 [Floating Fan Dance] and reduced its cooldown as the skill levels up. These changes encourage her to take bolder actions and initiate attacks more confidently during the mid-game.
Ability 1 [Floating Fan Dance]:
Base damage increased from 135/190/245/300/355 to 135/200/265/330/395.
Cooldown adjusted from a fixed 8s to 8/7.75/7.5/7.25/7s.
2. Shouzu
Currently, Shouzu's Ultimate Ability [Ocean Stream] is highly effective when multiple allied shikigami are nearby but feels underwhelming when supporting a single teammate. To balance this, we have increased its shield amount while slightly reducing the bonus shield granted when multiple allies are within range, ensuring a more balanced experience for both sides. Additionally, to address Shouzu's high ban rate, we have slightly reduced the bullet speed of Ability 1 [Water Bomb] to lower its hit rate and prevent an overly frustrating experience for opponents.
Skill [Wall of Waves]:
The cooldown has been adjusted from a fixed 16 seconds to 18/17/16/15/14 seconds.
Ultimate Ability [Ocean Stream]:
Shield increased from 500/1000/1500 (+6% Max HP) to 800/1250/1700 (+8.25% Max HP).
Bonus Shield reduced from 300/550/800 (+4% Max HP) to 250/500/750 (+3.5% Max HP).


4. Kikyo
Kikyo's performance in the early to mid-game has been underwhelming, as her ability upgrades provide relatively limited benefits, leaving her weak for an extended period during the mid-game. To address this, we have enhanced the effectiveness of Ability 1 [Soul Collector] and Ability 2 [Sacred Arrow], aiming to improve her overall gameplay experience.
Ability 1 [Soul Collector]:
Base physical damage increased from 25/42.5/60/77.5/95 to 25/50/75/100/125.
Base magic damage increased from 25/42.5/60/77.5/95 to 25/50/75/100/125.
Ability 2 [Sacred Arrow]:
Base physical damage increased from 60/90/120/150/180 to 60/95/130/165/200.
Base magic damage increased from 90/150/210/270/330 to 90/155/220/285/350.
5. Tamamonomae
Tamamonomae's late-game damage output is currently a bit weak. To improve her performance, we have slightly increased the damage of her Ultimate Ability [Falling Might], allowing her to be more impactful in Heian-kyo.
Ultimate Ability [Falling Might]:
Adjusted the Ability Power bonus of damage from 50% to 60%.
6. Bukkuman
Bukkuman's damage output is currently too high for a Support shikigami, making him somewhat overpowered. To create a more balanced experience for opponents, we are reducing the damage of Ability 1 [Scroll of Everything] and Ability 3 [Shadow Paintings].
Ability 1 [Scroll of Everything]:
Adjusted the Ability Power bonus from 60% to 50%.
Ability 3 [Shadow Paintings]:
Damage adjusted from 40/90/140/190/240 (+5%/5.5%/6%/6.5%/7% (+1% for every 125 Ability Power) of target's Max HP) (+60% Ability Power) to 40/90/140/190/240 (+5% (+1% for every 125 Ability Power) of target's Max HP) (+50% Ability Power).
7. Tanuki
Following the recent adjustments to Tanuki's mechanics, his overall performance has been somewhat underwhelming. To help him make better use of the cooldown refresh mechanism and increase his damage output, we have partially reverted the base damage of Ability 2 [Fiery Moonshine] and reduced the cooldown of Ability 3 [Century Brew]. These changes aim to enhance Tanuki's overall gameplay experience.
Ability 2 [Fiery Moonshine]:
Base damage increased from 100/160/220/280/340 to 100/167.5/235/302.5/370.
Ability 3 [Century Brew]:
Cooldown reduced from 17/16/15/14/13s to 15/14/13/12/11s.
8. Momo
Momo's mid-game performance is currently a bit weak, but her ultimate ability [Revival Blossom] can resurrect the same target multiple times, leading to a frustrating experience for opponents. To address this, we are enhancing her healing capabilities and late-game control while making slight adjustments to improve counterplay. Our goal is to ensure Momo provides a balanced and enjoyable experience for both sides.
Ability 1 [Flower Fragrance]:
Bonus healing adjusted from 12/20/28/36 to 16/26/36/46/56.
Ability 3 [Blossom Illusion]:
Immobilize duration adjusted from 1.2/1.275/1.35/1.425/1.5 seconds to 1.2/1.35/1.5/1.65/1.8 seconds.
Ultimate Ability [Revival Blossom]:
Each allied shikigami can only be resurrected once per ability use.
9. Kyuumei Neko
Despite the previous adjustments, Kyuumei Neko remains overly strong in the jungle role. To bring her strength back to a balanced level, we have further reduced her DPS capability.
Trait [Nine Lives]:
CRIT multiplier reduced from 185% to 175%.
Ability 2 [Razor Claws]:
The first two stages' base values adjusted from 35/50/65/80/95 to 35/47.5/60/72.5/85. The third stage's base value adjusted from 70/100/130/160/190 to 70/95/120/145/170.
10. Takiyasha Hime
Takiyasha Hime's early to mid-game combat capability is slightly weaker compared to other similar shikigami, causing her to underperform in the top lane. To address this, we have increased the early-game damage of Ability 1 and improved the casting experience of Ability 3, aiming to enhance her performance on the Heian-kyo battlefield.
Ability 1 [Whirlwind Moon]:
Inner circle base damage increased from 50/82.5/115/147.5/180 to 60/90/120/150/180, and outer circle base damage increased from 100/165/230/295/360 to 120/180/240/300/360.
Ability 3 [Sleepless Moonrise]:
Back Swing reduced.
11. Itsumade
After several adjustments, Itsumade's early to mid-game DPS has exceeded our expectations, allowing her to easily snowball with her high kill potential. This has made her overly strong in the jungle role. To balance her performance, we have partially reduced her early to mid-game DPS.
Trait [Golden Feather]:
Damage level bonus reduced from 5 to 3.5.
Ability 2 [Invisible Edge]:
One-stage base damage adjusted from 70/115/160/205/250 to 60/100/140/180/220, and two-stage base damage adjusted from 70/150/230/310/390 to 70/145/220/295/370.
[Optimizations and Adjustments]
1. Fixed the issue where the Ability 'Surging Fate' was Unable to use after Enmusubi was sealed and turned into a black cat.
2. Fixed the issue where the description of Takiyasha Hime's Ability 3 [Sleepless Moonrise] did not mention that enemies marked with [Lunar] would be affected by the Slow effect.
3. To establish a positive gaming environment, we plan to gradually enhance the binding effect of the Merit system. Therefore the feature of purchasing Passage Decrees with in-game gold will be disabled after next week's maintenance.The new Merit functionality will undergo adjustments in the S29 season version update.  
Note: The bulletin is in the testing phase and needs to be checked against online data. The test is expected to end on 05/15/2023.

We will adjust the lineup of the limited-time free shikigami at 5:00 AM on 3/17. The new free shikigami will be Jikikaeru, Bakekujira, Karasu Tengu, Furi, Higanbana, Senhime, Kosodenote, and Yamakaze.
Onmyoji who own the God of Fortune Month Pact will have the additional free shikigami, Tanuki and Kusa.
Of these shikigami, Kosodenote and Yamakaze have a difficulty of Extreme. Onmyoji who have been in Heian-kyo for less than 7 days can't use them in battle for free.
