Trait [Annihilation]:
Periodically, Izanami transforms into a meteor to deal AoE damage at a target location.
Each time Izanami assists in slaying an enemy shikigami, her max HP increases. Slaying targets with [Sink] grants additional max HP.
Ability 1 [Red Tide Abyss]:
Izanami unleashes waves forward, dealing damage to enemies within range. Can be cast 3 times in quick succession. Hitting a target triggers a short dash forward.
Ability 2 [Final Blood Pact]:
Izanami slows enemies in a designated area, then deals AoE damage after a brief delay.
Ability 3 [Dance of Annihilation]:
Izanami deals AoE damage over time to nearby enemies and builds up the slay threshold on targets. All damage dealt by Izanami triggers this slay effect.
Ultimate Ability [Blessing Kiss]:
Izanami deals damage to enemies in front and creates a wall, knocking back enemies within range. If they collide with the wall during the knockback, they will be stunned.

[Balance Adjustments]
1. Chin
As a Marksman shikigami with a relatively short attack range, Chin poses limited threat during Ability 2 [Poison Feathers], making it difficult for her to gain the upper hand in duels. Her burst damage is also relatively low. To improve her performance, we've increased the damage of Ability 1 [Corrosive Poison] and Ability 2 [Poison Feathers], along with the Attack Speed bonus provided by Ability 2, in hopes of giving her a better overall experience.
Ability 1: Corrosive Poison
Increased mark detonation damage from (+6%/8.5%/11%/13.5%/16% target's max HP) to (+6%/9%/12%/15%/18% target's max HP).
Ability 2: Poison Feathers
Increased Attack Speed from 20%/25%/30%/35%/40% to 30%/35%/40%/45%/50%.
Increased additional damage from 35/50/65/80/95 to 40/60/80/100/120.
2. Hangan
As a Mage shikigami who relies on ranged harass for damage output, Hangan's Ability 3 [Death Writ] still has many areas for improvement in terms of basic casting experience. In this adjustment, we have reduced the effect delay and MP cost of Ability 3 [Death Writ], while increasing the radius of the high damage range at the center and the casting range of the ability, hoping to optimize Hangan's experience.
Ability 3 [Death Writ]:
Adjusted the effect delay time from 0.7s to 0.6s.
Increased the central high-damage radius from 110 to 150.
Adjusted casting range from 825 to 900.
Adjusted MP cost from 60/65/70/75/80 to 45/50/55/60/65.
3. Onigiri
As a Tank shikigami with strong combat power during the ultimate ability, Onigiri offers limited counterplay due to the control immunity granted by Ability 3 [Wuhua Charge!] in the Fight Side by Side form, resulting in a frustrating experience for opponents. In this update, we're making the ability interruptible and returning cooldown time based on the number of remaining skill segments, aiming to provide a more balanced and fair counterplay experience.
Ability 3 [Wuhua Charge!] in Fight Side by Side form:
Control immunity during abilities can now be interrupted, and upon interruption, a certain cooldown time will be refunded based on the remaining segments.
4. Kagura
Despite previous balance adjustments, Kagura's mid-game performance remains underwhelming. We've increased the base damage of her Ability 1 [Back Kick/Bullet Rain] and her ultimate ability [Queen of Kabukicho], aiming to make her a more threatening presence during the mid game.
Ability 1 [Back Kick/Bullet Rain]:
Back Kick damage increased from 60/110/160/210/260 to 60/115/170/225/290.
Enhanced Back Kick damage increased from 80/155/230/305/380 to 80/160/240/320/400.
Each bullet's base damage increased from 45/85/125/165/205 to 45/87.5/130/172.5/215.
Ultimate Ability [Queen of Kabukicho]:
Each swing's base damage increased from 30/45/60 to 30/47.5/65.
Other target's base damage increased from 60/90/120 to 60/95/130.
5. Tamamonomae
Tamamonomae's non-ultimate abilities offer limited harass potential in late-game team fights, leading to underwhelming performance. We've slightly increased the Ability Power scaling of Ability 1 [Soul Burst] to help improve her impact.
Ability 1 [Soul Burst]:
Ability Power bonus increased from 87.5% to 92.5%.
6. Nyuunai-suzume
Nyuunai-suzume's mid-game damage output is somewhat lacking, and Ability 1 [Sparrow Flock] is often blocked by the lane terrain during casting, making it hard to hit targets beyond it. To address this, we've increased the damage of [Sparrow Flock] and slightly extended its flight distance, aiming to improve the overall experience for Nyuunai-suzume players.
Ability 1 [Sparrow Flock]:
The extended distance for continued flight has been increased from 200 to 300, and the flight speed has been increased from 200 to 300.
Dispersing damage adjusted from 85/115/145/175/205 (+65% Ability Power) to 80/100/120/140/160 (+5*Current Level) (+65% Ability Power).
7. Kyonshi Imoto
Kyonshi Imoto's performance in the Jungle position is currently somewhat poor, and her mid-game damage capability is too low. Therefore, we have increased the damage of her Natural Passive [Let's Play].
Natural Passive [Let's Play]:
Level growth increased from 10 to 11.5; max damage to monsters increased from 11.50% to 200%.
8. Hakuro
We've noticed that Hakuro's Ability 3 [Scatter] has a relatively long cast time, which reduces its effectiveness in late-game damage output. To address this, we've optimized the cast time logic of [Scatter].
Ability 3 [Scatter]:
Now, cast time decreases as the ability level increases.
9. Komatsu
Komatsu's mid- to late-game performance has been somewhat too strong, so we've reduced the damage of Ability 1 [Pine Cone Clap] and slightly lowered the slow effect of Pine Cone Bomb to improve the experience for her opponents. Additionally, we've optimized the casting experience and AP bar display for [Pine Cone Clap].
Ability 1: Pine Cone Clap
Bonus Damage AD Bonus reduced from 50% to 40%.
Basic attacks no longer restore AP when in [Full Effort] state.
When [Pine Cone Clap] is activated, a new indicator is added to the ability icon. The AP bar display is optimized, and now Komatsu's Ability 1 will automatically deactivate when sealed.
Ability 2 [Pine Cone Bomb]:
Speed reduction decreased from 50% to 40%.
10. Onikiri
We've noticed that Onikiri's performance on the Heian-kyo Battlefield falls short compared to other Ninja shikigami. To address this, we've reduced the cooldown of Ability 3 [Blade Flash] and increased the bonus damage from his Trait [Blade Vibration] when using the special basic attack from Ability 2.

After using Ability 2, the special basic attack bonus damage increased from 40% to 55%.
Ability 3: Blade Flash
Adjusted cooldown from 12/11.75/11.5/11.25/11s to 10.5/10.25/10/9.75/9.5s.
11. Flying Blade
As a Crit Rate item for Marksman shikigami, Flying Blade's single-spin damage was relatively low, making it a less favorable option compared to other items. To improve its viability, we've adjusted its damage effect, hoping it becomes a more appealing choice for a wider range of Marksman shikigami.
Boomerang Effect Adjustment:
Flying wheel's bonus damage can now CRIT, with CRIT inflicting an additional 30% damage.
12. Sylph's Harp
Sylph's Harp was somewhat lacking in cost-effectiveness compared to other Mage shikigami items. To improve its performance on the Heian-kyo Battlefield, we've slightly increased its base stat bonuses.
Adjusted Ability Power from 90 to 100, and Cooldown Reduction from 10 to 15.
13. Fashionable Trinket
Fashionable Trinket has become somewhat unpopular among active support items for Support shikigami, mainly due to its relatively weak Haste effect. To address this, we've significantly increased both the Haste ratio and its duration, hoping to make it a more viable choice among active support items.
Haste effect increased from 50% to 90%.
Duration increased from 3.5s to 4.5s.
14. Wind Rider Helmet
As a frontline support item with a Slow effect, Wind Rider Helmet has been given a slight damage boost to help it pose a greater threat to enemies while retaining its crowd control utility.
New Effect: When the [Wind Rider] effect is triggered, deals 20 (+2*Current Level) magic damage every 0.5s.
15. Divination Sigil
We've noticed that the duration of the Divination Sigil state couldn't be extended through battles with minions or monsters, leading to a subpar experience in certain scenarios. To address this, we've adjusted the duration logic of the Divination Sigil state.

We will change the lineup of the limited-time free shikigami at 5:00 AM on 04/28. The new free shikigami will be Jikikaeru, Kaguya, Kuro Mujou, Shishio, Orochi, Enenra, Kamaitachi, and Ittan-momen.
Onmyoji who own the God of Fortune Month Pact will have the additional free shikigami: Karasu Tengu and Kamimai.
Of these shikigami, Kamaitachi and Ittan-momen have a difficulty of Extreme. Onmyoji who have been in Heian-kyo for less than 7 days can't use them in battle for free.
