[Balance Adjustments]
1. Yamakaze
Yamakaze currently offers limited counterplay and has overly high mid-game strength. To rebalance his performance, we're adjusting the invisibility mechanic of Ability 1 [Violent] and reducing the mid-game damage of his passive [Haze].
Ability 1: Violent
Using abilities or dealing damage while invisible will cancel the invisibility state.
Passive [Haze]:
Damage level bonus reduced from 10 to 7.5.
2. Shishio
As a Samurai shikigami, Shishio currently has relatively low base damage and lacks the survivability needed for extended fights. To improve his performance in sustained combat, we've increased the base damage of Ability 2 [Fury of the Forest] and Ability 3 [Leap of the Forest].
Ability 2 [Fury of the Forest]:
HP recovery increased from 8/16/24/32/40 (+12% Bonus Attack) (+0.5% of lost HP) to 8/18/28/38/48 (+12% Bonus Attack) (+0.8% of lost HP).
Ability 3 [Leap of the Forest]:
Base damage level bonus increased from 10 to 15.
3. Aobozu: Demonbane Form
Aobozu's Demonbane Form currently clears the jungle too quickly and deals excessive damage, making him too strong. We've lowered the damage of Ability 2 [Divine Greatness] to better balance his overall power.
Ability 2 [Divine Greatness]:
Bonus damage from breaking marks reduced from 160/260/360/460/560 (+160% Bonus Attack) (+3.6% Bonus Max HP) to 160/250/340/430/520 (+130% Bonus Attack) (+3.2% Bonus Max HP).
Damage to monsters triggered by marks reduced from 200% to 170%.
4. Susabi
As a shikigami who relies on dealing damage in team fights, Susabi currently lacks survivability and mid-game damage. Apart from Ability 1, his other damage abilities are underwhelming. To address this, we've strengthened his shield and increased the damage of Ability 3 [Heavenly Spheres]. We hope these changes will help Susabi perform better in Heian-kyo.
Ability 3: Heavenly Spheres
Damage dealt adjusted from 45/75/105/135/165 (+30% Ability Power) to 45/75/105/135/165 (+30% Ability Power) (+5*level bonus).
Ultimate Ability [Stellar Justice]:
Shield gained increased from 125/250/375 (+30% Ability Power) to 140/300/460 (+45% Ability Power).
5. Futakuchi
After optimizing Futakuchi's ability casting, the bullet release speed of her Ultimate Ability [I'm Sorry!] became too fast. To address this, we've slightly increased the interval between each bullet fired by the ability.
Ultimate Ability [I'm Sorry!]:
Interval between bullet releases increased from 0.5s to 0.7s.
6. Hana
In the current version, Hana doesn't offer enough protection or control as a Support shikigami. To improve her performance, we've increased the immobilization duration of her natural passive [Nectar] and boosted the healing from Ability 3 [Flower Realm]. We also lowered the high MP cost of Ability 2 [Painting Realm] to make her easier to play.
Natural Passive [Nectar]:
Immobilization duration increased from 0.9s to 1.1s.
Ability 2 [Painting Realm]:
Adjusted MP cost from 40/50/60/70/80 to 35/40/45/50/55.
Ability 3 [Flower Realm]:
Healing Ability Power bonus increased from (+21% Ability Power) to (+28% Ability Power).
Additional boost ratio after enhancement increased from 100% to 125%.
7. Yamausagi
After improving the usability of her ultimate ability, Yamausagi became too dominant in mid-to-late game team fights. To balance her strength while keeping the improved casting experience, we've reduced her overall buffing power during these phases, including the Haste and shield effects.
Ability 1 [Bunny Dance]:
Group Movement Speed bonus reduced from 12.5%/15%/17.5%/20%/22.5% to 7.5%/10%/12.5%/15%/17.5%.
Ability 3 [Bless]:
Base shield bonus adjusted from (+50% Ability Power) (+3% Max HP) to 80/110/140/170/200 (+40% Ability Power) (+2.5% Max HP).
Enhanced shield bonus reduced from (+75% Ability Power) (+5% Max HP) (+7.5*Current Level) to (+55% Ability Power) (+4% Max HP) (+6*Current Level).
8. Youko
After improving Youko's combo casting experience, his strength began to increase noticeably. To keep his strength within a reasonable range, we've reduced the two-stage base damage of Ability 2 [Wind Blade].
Ability 2 [Wind Blade]:
1st stage base damage decreased from 50/80/110/140/170 to 40/65/90/115/140.
2nd stage base damage decreased from 10/30/50/70/90 to 5/20/35/50/65.
9. Karasu Tengu
Karasu Tengu is currently too dominant as a jungler, with abilities that benefit excessively from bonus Attack. This makes assassin builds especially powerful. To address this, we've reduced bonus Attack benefits across his abilities to keep his jungling performance in check.
Ability 2 [Nightmare Crow]:
Attack bonus benefits reduced from (+70% Bonus Attack) to (+55% Bonus Attack).
Ability 3 [Blade of Justice]:
Attack bonus benefits reduced from (+85% Bonus Attack) to (+60% Bonus Attack).
Ultimate Ability [Deadly Flock]:
Attack bonus benefits reduced from (+22.5% Bonus Attack) to (+17.5% Bonus Attack).
10. Onigiri
Onigiri currently struggles during the laning phase, often having to focus only on farming while clearing waves under her turret. To improve her basic form's laning performance, we've moderately increased the base damage of Ability 2 [Flavorful Pounce] and Ability 3 [Appetite Unleashed], helping her navigate this phase more smoothly.
Ability 2 [Flavorful Pounce]:
Base damage increased from 70/130/190/250/310 to 80/140/200/260/320.
Ability 3 [Appetite Unleashed]:
Base damage increased from 70/130/190/250/310 to 80/145/210/275/340.
11. Enenra
Enenra currently struggles in the mid game. To improve the effectiveness of her ranged poke, we've slightly increased the damage of her main harass tools—Ability 2 [Naughty Spirit] and Ultimate Ability [Irritable Spirit].
Ability 2: Naughty Spirit
Damage increased from 140/205/270/335/400 (+75% Ability Power) to 140/210/280/350/420 (+80% Ability Power).
Ultimate Ability: Irritable Spirit
Base damage increased from 190/270/350 (+45% Ability Power) to 190/280/370 (+50% Ability Power).
12. Moon Shadow: Blade Shatterer
Moon Shadow: Blade Shatterer has shown excessive versatility, with even non-Ninja characters frequently choosing it. To address this, we've reduced its damage and increased the shield's cooldown.
Adjusted Attack Damage from 80 to 70.
Increased shield refresh time from 20s to 30s.
We will change the lineup of the limited-time free shikigami at 5:00am on 6/23. The new free shikigami will be Kaoru, Hana, Jinmenju, Kyuumei Neko, Taishakuten, Mannendake, Yamakaze, and Mouba.
Onmyoji who own the God of Fortune Month Pact will have the additional free shikigami, Shuten Doji and Youko.
Of these shikigami, Yamakaze and Mouba have a difficulty of Extreme. Onmyoji who have been in Heian-kyo for less than 7 days can't use them in battle for free.
