[Balance Adjustments]
1. Kainin
After the rework, Kainin's damage output is somewhat low, and the strong Basic Attack following the Ultimate Ability [Instant Needle] can be interrupted by Stun effects, leading to a poor gameplay experience. Therefore, we have increased the damage of Ability 2 [Shadow Strike] and added a weak Endure effect during Kainin's traversal. We hope this adjustment improves Kainin's combo experience.
Ability 2 [Shadow Strike]:
Path damage increased from 35/62.5/90/117.5/145 (37.5% Bonus Attack) to 50/80/110/140/170 (45% Bonus Attack).
Final damage increased from 80/130/180/230/280 (+65% Bonus Attack) to 100/160/220/280/340 (+75% Bonus Attack).
Path damage of the second charge increased from 35/62.5/90/117.5/145 (37.5% Bonus Attack) to 50/80/110/140/170 (45% Bonus Attack).
Final damage increased from 80/130/180/230/280 (+65% Bonus Attack) (+6% of lost HP) to 100/160/220/280/340 (+75% Bonus Attack) (+7.5% of lost HP).
Ultimate Ability [Instant Needle]:
Damage increased from 80/240/400 (+100% Bonus Attack) to 140/340/540 (+120% Bonus Attack)
Strong Basic Attack damage increased from 40 (+40% Attack) (+4*Current Level) to 60 (+40% Attack) (+6*Current Level)
During strong Basic Attack, gain a weak Endure effect, meaning control effects other than Knockup and Knockback will be delayed until Kainin reaches the end of the displacement.
2. Aoandon
After the rework, Aoandon's mid-game damage capability has been somewhat lacking. Additionally, the haste effect of Ability 1 [Lamp Light] is easily negated by slowing effects during team fights, making it ineffective. Therefore, we slightly increased the damage dealt by the trait [Butterfly Shadow] and added a slow resistance effect during the use of Ability 1 [Lamp Light]. We hope Aoandon will perform better in Heian-kyo.
Ability 1 [Lamp Light]:
During Haste, gain a 50% Slow resistance effect.
Trait [Butterfly Shadow]:
Damage increased from 10 (+4.25% (1% increase per 500 Ability Power) Max MP +12.5% Ability Power +3*Current Level) to 10 (+6% (1% increase per 500 Ability Power) Max MP +12.5% Ability Power +4*Current Level)
3. Second Evolution: Ubume
Second Evolution · Ubume is currently quite strong. She has decent harass capabilities in the top lane while also possessing solid dueling power. We have slightly reduced her base HP Regen and increased the early game cooldown of her Ability 2 [Crane Song]. These adjustments aim to reduce Second Evolution · Ubume's laning suppression in the early and mid game.
Trait [Raven Blade]:
HP recovery adjusted from 10 (+30% Bonus Attack) (+6*Current Level) to 10 (+40% Bonus Attack) (+3*Current Level).
Ability 2 [Crane Song]:
Adjusted cooldown from 5.6/5.45/5.3/5.15/5s to 7/6.5/6/5.5/5s.
4. Orochi
Orochi is currently a bit too strong. The total damage potential during the duration of Ability 1 [Evil God's Gaze] is slightly too high, but the expected time to deal high damage is also somewhat lengthy. This creates a significant disparity in Orochi's performance across different matches. Therefore, we aim to slightly reduce the total damage of Ability 1 [Evil God's Gaze] while balancing the damage increase over the gaze duration and reducing the duration of the gaze. We hope Orochi will perform more reasonably in Heian-kyo.
Ability 1 [Evil God's Gaze]:
Damage increased from 14/16.5/19/21.5/24 (+10.4% Ability Power +2.6* Current Level) to 17/20/23/26/29 (+12.4% Ability Power +3.1* Current Level).
Maximum bonus damage reduced from 200% to 100%.
5. Rei
We noticed that the new character Rei has performed well since her release, showing strong suppression during the laning phase. However, there was an issue with abnormal decay in her Basic Attack HP Steal, which caused insufficient sustain in the late game. While fixing this issue, we also reduced her laning strength to keep her power within a reasonable range.
Reduced Base Attack Damage from 59 to 51.
Ability 1 [Double Scare]:
Adjusted cooldown from 6/5.5/5/4.5/4s to 7/6.5/6/5.5/5s.
Ability 2 [Demon Gate Opens]:
Adjusted cooldown from 18/17/16/15/14s to 24/23/22/21/20s.
Fixed the issue of abnormal decay in Basic Attack HP Steal.
6. Senhime
After the iteration of Senhime's mechanics, the explosion damage of Coral in her ability set has been somewhat underwhelming, making her overall gameplay not significantly different from before. This adjustment increases Coral's explosion damage, aiming to create more possibilities through the new combo system.
Ability 3 [Tide of Eternity]
Coral damage increased from 35/55/75/95/115 (+25% Ability Power) to 40/70/100/130/160 (+35% Ability Power).
7. Kyuumei Neko
After the iteration of Kyuumei Neko's mechanics, her performance has been quite outstanding. However, we noticed that the cooldown reduction mechanism of her Ability 1 [Revenge] Basic Attack by 0.5 seconds was not functioning in actual gameplay. In this adjustment, we have fixed the issue, increased the cooldown time of Ability 1 [Revenge], reduced the duration of her Ultimate Ability [Explosive Fur], and lowered the movement speed bonus to keep her strength within a reasonable range.
Fixed an issue where Ability 1 [Revenge] Basic Attack cooldown reduction of 0.5 seconds was not functioning as intended.
Ability 1 [Revenge]:
Adjusted cooldown from 11/10.75/10.5/10.25/10s to 15/14.5/14/13.5/13s.
Ultimate Ability [Explosive Fur]:
Base duration reduced from 10/12/14 seconds to 8/10/12 seconds.
Movement speed bonus reduced from 35%/50%/65% to 30%/42.5%/55%.
[Mix-up Fight in Hazama Balance Adjustments]
We noticed significant strength imbalances among different shikigami in the current Mix-up Fight in Hazama. To improve the gaming experience for Onmyoji, we plan to implement small-scale balance adjustments.

1. Senhime's Ability 1 [Thousand Tides]: Cast range increased from 1000 to 1400, and the cooldown reduction ratio upon skill hit increased from 80% to 100%.
2. Hoshiguma Doji [Enemy in the Bowl!]: Passive-triggered [Marked for Death] damage increased from 0.4x of original damage to 0.75x of original damage.
[Optimizations and Adjustments]
1. Fixed the exploit that allowed bypassing bans, ensuring a fair competitive environment for all Onmyoji.
2. Fixed an issue where Ungaikyo's Yin form Ability 2 could infinitely stack orbs.
3. Fixed an issue where Shuten Doji's Ability 1 [Lament] had incorrect damage and recovery value descriptions.
4. Fixed an issue where Ittan-momen's fourth ability animation behaved abnormally if the target was killed during the pre-cast phase.
5. Optimized the in-game sound effects for Menreiki's Port Specter skin.
6. Fixed an issue where Umibozu's Awakened trait-enhanced Basic Attack was ineffective.
7. Fixed an issue where the Novice royal icon was not displayed during solo Custom Game.

We will change the lineup of the limited-time free shikigami at 5:00 AM on Monday (7/28). The new free shikigami will be Nekomata, Hana, Tanuki, Yumekui, Kiyohime, Kubinashi, Hiyoribou, and Dodomeki.
Onmyoji who own the God of Fortune Month Pact will have additional free shikigami, Kainin and Izaya.
Of these shikigami, Dodomeki has a difficulty of Extreme. Onmyoji who have been in Heian-kyo for less than 7 days can't use them in battle for free.
